Analysis on Construction Technology and On-Site Construction Management of Housing Construction Engineering

随着城市化进程的不断加快,房屋建筑工程施工技术难度也在逐渐加大,复杂程度也越来越高,为了进一步提高施工质量和工程效率,必须不断提高房建工程的施工技术和现场施工管理水平,只有如此,才能真正保证工程质量,提高工程效率。基于此,本文首先对房建工程施工技术与现场施工管理重要性进行阐述,随后明确房建工程施工技术要点,最后针对房建工程现阶段存在的施工问题提出针对性的改进措施。

With the continuous acceleration of urbanization process,the construction technology difficulty of housing construction engineering is gradually increasing,and the complexity is increasing.In order to further improve the construction quality and engineering efficiency,it is necessary to continuously improve the construction technology and on-site construction management level of housing construction engineering.Only in this way,the project quality can be truly guaranteed and the project efficiency can be improved.Based on this condition,this paper first expounds the importance of construction technology and on-site construction management of housing construction engineering,then clarifies the key points of construction technology of housing construction engineering,and finally puts forward targeted improvement measures for the construction problems in housing construction engineering at the present stage.
