旧工业园区改造的新思路研究

Research on New Ideas for Renovation of Old Industrial Parks

在城市更新背景下,我国大力推进旧工业园区的改造更新工作,旨在创造一个独具特色、充满活力的新型工业园区,加快产业转型升级,成为城市高质量发展的新动能。旧工业园区改造是当下我国工业经济发展的必然趋势。但是从现阶段各地旧工业园区改造工作实施情况来看,依然面临着诸多难题,如:资金短缺、思想认知不足、政策不明、产业发展瓶颈等。本文主要对这些难题进行阐述,并提出相应的改造思路。

In the context of urban renewal,China vigorously promotes the renovation and renewal of old industrial parks,aiming to create a unique and vigorous new industrial park,accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading,and become a new driving force for high-quality urban development.The renovation of old industrial parks is an inevitable trend in the development of China’s industry and economy.However,judging from the implementation of the renovation of old industrial parks in various places at the present stage,there are still many problems,such as:shortage of funds,insufficient ideological cognition,unclear policies,and bottlenecks in industrial development.This paper mainly expounds these problems and puts forward corresponding renovation ideas.
