Innovative Exploration of Construction Safety Management

为确保建筑项目施工活动稳步推进,减少突发事件发生,提高施工总体质效。本文以安全管理作为切入点,多维度出发,在总结梳理建筑工程项目基本特点的前提下,结合以往经验,综合技术要素、管理要素,扎实推进现有管理体系创新,旨在通过有效举措,增强建筑施工安全管理水平,重构建筑施工形态,实现安全隐患快速识别与安全事件科学处置,营造良好施工氛围。

In order to ensure the steady progress of construction activities of construction projects,reduce the occurrence of emergency accidents and improve the overall quality and efficiency of construction,this paper takes safety management as the starting point,starts from multiple dimensions,summarizes and sorts out the basic characteristics of construction engineering projects,combines previous experience,integrates technical elements and management elements,and solidly promotes the innovation of the existing management system.This paper aims to enhance the safety management level of building construction through effective measures,reconstruct the form of building construction,realize the rapid identification of potential safety hazards and the scientific disposal of safety incidents,and create a good construction atmosphere.
