隧道衬砌混凝土施工质量通病防治探讨

Discussion on Prevention and Treatment of Common Construction Quality Problems of Tunnel Lining Concrete

近些年,伴随我国经济的高速发展,基础设施建设项目数量不断增加,同时隧道衬砌项目也同步增加,而且,人们开始对隧道衬砌施工质量提出了新的要求。隧道衬砌混凝土施工质量决定着隧道工程的整体质量,而且还会影响到后期隧道维修养护成本与使用的安全性,所以,加强此方面的质量控制十分关键。本文重点对隧道衬砌混凝土施工作业中常见的几种质量通病进行分析,并提出了相应的防治措施。

In recent years,with the rapid economic development in China,the number of infrastructure construction projects continues to increase,while the tunnel lining project also increases synchronously,and people start to put forward new requirements for the tunnel lining construction quality.The construction quality of the tunnel lining concrete determines the overall quality of the tunnel project,and also affects the maintenance cost and use safety of the tunnel in the later stage,so it is very important to strengthen the quality control in this aspect.This paper focuses on the analysis of several common quality problems in the construction of tunnel lining concrete,and puts forward the corresponding prevention measures.
