近些年,国家加大了对基础设施项目建设重视程度,城市更新以及基础设施配套改造提升等项目得到了较多的发展机会,但是在这样的形势下,行业内也出现了一些不正当、不公平竞争以及其他各类问题,导致施工建设企业施工成本控制工作出现了问题。本文从多个维度对城市更新以及基础设施配套改造提升等项目的成本管理工作进行分析,对当前土建工程成本管理工作当中存在的问题进行讨论,并针对问题提出有效的对策措施,以供参考。

In recent years,the state has paid more attention to the construction of infrastructure projects,and projects such as urban renewal and infrastructure supporting renovation and upgrading have obtained more development opportunities.However,in this situation,there are also some malfeasance and unfair competition and other problems in the industry,which have led to problems in the construction cost control of construction enterprises.This paper analyzes the cost management of urban renewal and infrastructure supporting renovation and upgrading projects from multiple dimensions,discusses the problems existing in the current cost management of civil engineering,and puts forward effective countermeasures for the problems,providing a reference.
