摘要
济安街站一期污水管线迁改工程,在不影响现状道路繁忙交通的情况下,新迁改路由线路采用泥水平衡顶管法施工从道路下方穿过。施工前认真调查周围环境,避免顶进过程中破坏未探明的管线。始发洞门预埋钢环,顶进过程中注意随时保证帘布橡胶板的密封性能;基座、导轨定位准确,顶进中保持顶进轴线的精度。顶管机和其紧后的管节用钢板连成整体,增加始发管节的稳定性;加强顶进轴线的观测,贯彻勤测勤纠的原则,缓慢逐步进行,避免操之过急造成轴线的较大折角。
The relocation project of the first phase sewage pipeline at Ji'an Street Station,without affecting the busy traffic on the current road,adopts the mud water balance pipe jacking method to construct the new relocation route and pass through the road below.Before construction,carefully investigate the surrounding environment to avoid damaging unexplored pipelines during the jacking process.The steel ring is embedded in the starting tunnel door,and attention should be paid to ensuring the sealing performance of the curtain rubber plate at all times during the jacking process;The positioning of the base and guide rail is accurate,and the accuracy of the jacking axis is maintained during the jacking process.The pipe jacking machine and its tightly connected pipe joint are connected as a whole with steel plates,increasing the stability of the starting pipe joint;Strengthen the observation of the jacking axis,implement the principle of frequent measurement and correction,and proceed slowly and gradually to avoid large bending angles of the axis caused by hasty actions.
