摘要
本文基于热风加热技术,通过对加热腔内加热齿盘、传感器所需加热总热量以及加热时间的理论推导,结合仿真试验,开展高温磁电式转速传感器校准用加热技术的研究,并验证热风加热方式是适用于高速旋转齿盘和传感器的加热,能够模拟校准所需温度环境。
Based on the hot air heating technology,this paper carried out the research on the heating technology used for the calibration of high temperature magnetoelectric speed sensor through theoretical derivation of the heating disc in the heating chamber,the total heating heat required by the sensor and the heating time,combined with simulation tests,and verified that the hot air heating method is suitable for the heating of the high-speed rotating gear disc and the sensor,and can simulate the temperature environment required for calibration.
