公路工程施工过程中混凝土强度试验

摘要 混凝土是我国土木工程建设中应用最广泛的材料之一,其强度大小、性能优劣,将直接决定结构的安全性与稳定性。但根据实际调查显示,传统混凝土检验方式大多采用取样立方体试件进行检测,一旦出现施工质量监管效果不佳的情况,容易导致混凝土性能指标测试结果与实际情况偏差较大。基于此,本文将围绕公路工程施工过程中,混凝土强度试验方法开展分析讨论,将超声回弹综合法作为测试手段,以再生混凝土作为研究对象,通过回弹值测量、声速值计算,打造测强回归曲线,保证混凝土抗压强度的准确评估。经研究后发现,本文采用的超声回弹综合法拟合回归公式,精确度极高,且相关性出众,能够切实满足规范要求,计算结果误差小,具有一定的推广价值。 Concrete is one of the most widely used materials in civil engineering construction in China.Its strength and performance will directly determine the safety and stability of the structure.However,according to the actual investigation,the traditional concrete inspection method mostly takes sampled cubic samples for testing.Once the construction quality supervision effect is not good,it is easy to lead to a large deviation between the test results of concrete performance index and the actual situationBased on this,this paper will analyze and discuss the test method of concrete strength in the process of highway engineering construction,take the ultrasonic rebound synthesis method as the test means,and take the recycled concrete as the research object,through the measurement of rebound value and sound velocity value,the strength measurement regression curve is built to ensure the accurate evaluation of the compressive strength of concrete.After research,it is found that the ultrasonic echo synthesis method adopted in this paper fits the regression formula with high accuracy and outstanding correlation,which can effectively meet the specification requirements,the calculation error is small,and has a certain promotion value.
