国内国际双循环联动对企业出口“提质增量”的影响

Impact of Domestic and International Double-cycle Linkage on"Quality Improvement and Increment"of Enterprise Exports

国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局推动了创新要素跨境流动,为企业出口实现量质齐升提供新机遇。利用2007—2021年中国上市企业及海关贸易匹配数据,实证检验国内国际双循环联动对企业出口“提质增量”的多重影响。结果表明,国内国际双循环联动对企业出口“提质增量”具有正向影响。区域异质性分析显示:在东部地区,国内国际双循环联动对企业出口“提质增量”的作用最为显著;在中部地区、东北地区以及西部地区,国内国际双循环联动对企业出口“提质”作用较为显著,且上述结果具有稳健性。作用机制分析发现,过程创新、产品创新、营业成本以及出口技术复杂度是国内国际双循环联动影响企业出口“提质增量”的重要机制。据此,应从优化双循环结构,提升联动水平;依据资源禀赋,优化创新链;持续释放创新红利,推动企业出口“提质增量”;加大政策扶持力度,助力企业降本增效方面入手,赋能企业出口实现量质齐升。

The new development pattern of mutual promotion between domestic and international cycles has promoted the cross-border flow of innovation factors and provided new opportunities for enterprises to achieve export growth in both quantity and quality.This paper uses the trade matching data of Chinese listed enterprises and customs from 2007 to 2021 to empirically test the multiple impacts of domestic and international double-cycle linkage on the"quality improvement and increment"of enterprise export.The results show that the domestic and international double cycle linkage has a positive impact on the"quality improvement and increment"of enterprise exports.Regional heterogeneity analysis shows that in the eastern region,the domestic and international double-cycle linkage plays the most significant role in the"quality improvement and increment"of enterprise exports;in the central region,the northeast and western regions,the domestic and international double-cycle linkage plays a significant role in the"quality improvement"of enterprise export,and the above results are stable.The mechanism analysis shows that process innovation,product innovation,operating costs,and export technology complexity are important mechanisms for domestic and international double-cycle linkage to influence the"quality improvement and increment"of enterprise exports.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the double-cycle structure and improve the linkage level;optimize the innovation chain according to the resource endowment;continue to release the dividend of innovation and promote the"quality improvement and increment"of enterprise exports;increase policy support,help enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency,and empower enterprises to achieve a dual improvement in both quantity and quality of exports.
