摘要
大数据时代,企业对人才管理的方式和规程都提出了深层次变革的要求,人才管理工作需要借助大数据技术,以提高人才管理的效率和质量。本文从人才数据的视角,分析了企业人才管理的现状和问题;从大数据技术的视角,介绍了大数据人才管理平台的关键技术,阐述了大数据人才管理平台的构建方案;从应用的视角,简述了大数据人才管理平台的优势,旨在推动人才管理工作向智能化发展。
In the era of big data,enterprises have put forward deep-seated reform requirements for the methods and procedures of talent management,and talent management needs to use big data technology to improve the efficiency and quality of talent management.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of enterprise talent management from the perspective of talent data;introduces the key technologies of the big data talent management platform from the perspective of big data technology,and expounds the construction scheme of the big data talent management platform;briefly describes the advantages of the big data talent management platform from the perspective of application,aiming to promote the intelligent development of talent management.
