Data Governance Assists High-Value Returns on Enterprise Data

2020年8月国务院国有资产监督管理委员会印发《关于加快推进国有企业数字化转型工作的通知》,明确要加快推进产业数字化。数字化转型核心是数据,如何做好数据治理、挖掘数据价值已经成为各类型企业数字化转型的关键。文章从企业数据治理的背景出发,论述数据治理与数据管理的区别与联系、企业进行数据治理的方法及步骤、数据治理作用等内容,以期对数据治理从业者提供参考。

In August 2020,the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council has issued the“Notice on Accelerating the Digital Transformation of State-Owned Enterprises”,which clearly states that it is necessary to accelerate the digitalization of industries.The core of digital transformation is data,and how to perform well in data governance and mine the value of data has become the key for the digital transformation of various types of enterprises.Starting from the background of enterprise data governance,this paper discusses the difference and connection between data governance and data management,the methods and steps of enterprise on data governance,and the role of data governance,so as to provide reference for data governance practitioners.
