摘要
为了获得轻质、高性能的抗空间碎片撞击防护结构,本文总结分析了相关防护结构的缓冲屏、填充层材料、后墙中的界面效应对防护构型损伤特性和防护性能的影响规律,并开展了相应的超高速撞击试验,发现了界面效应可提高防护结构的防护性能,提出了相应的优化改进措施实现更多的材料界面效应,为空间碎片防护结构的改进、优化提供了参考。
In order to obtain lightweight and high-performance shield structure against the space debris impact,this paper summarizes and analyzes the influences on the damage characteristics and shielding performance which are caused by the interface effect in the bumper,the stuffed layer and the rear wall of the shield structure.Hypervelocity impact verification test is also carried out.The study results show that the interface effect can improve the shielding performance of the shield structure.The corresponding measures are proposed to realize more material interface effect,which provide reference for the improvement and optimization of shield structure against debris cloud.
