超快速微波辅助合成相变储能纳胶囊

摘要 近年来如何能够有效提高能源利用率及新型储能材料的发展是目前的研究热点,在微波辅助聚合基础上,引入微波敏化剂并采用正交试验实现超快速聚合相变储能纳胶囊,将聚合时间缩短至5 min内,同时反应温度降低至40~60℃,实现超快速低成本绿色化制备相变储能纳胶囊。并利用DLS、SEM、DSC、TGA表征探究可知最佳条件为超声功率40%,超声时间1min,微波转速400r/min,得到的纳胶囊呈球状、平均粒径在70~307 nm之间、具有较好的热性能、结晶行为、热稳定性、包覆率可达64.69%,为其规模化生产提供有利条件。 In recent years,how to effectively improve energy utilization efficiency and the development of new energy storage materials have become current research hotspots.Based on microwave assisted polymerization,by introducing microwave sensitizers and using orthogonal experiments,ultra fast polymerization of phase change energy storage nanocapsules was achieved.The polymerization time was shortened to within 5 min,and the reaction temperature was reduced to 40~60℃,achieving low-cost and ultra fast green preparation of phase change energy storage nanocapsules.By utilizing DLS,SEM,DSC,and TGA characterization,it was found that the optimal conditions were as follows:ultrasound power 40%,ultrasound time 1 min,and microwave speed 400 r·min^(-1).The resulting nanocapsules were spherical in shape with an average particle size between 70 nm and 307 nm,exhibiting good thermal properties,crystallization behavior,thermal stability,and the coverage rate of 64.69%,providing favorable conditions for their large-scale production.
