柴油加氢改质装置节能措施效果评估

摘要 河南丰利石化有限公司建有60万t·a^(-1)中芳烃加氢改质装置,设计操作压力为13.4MPa,设计能耗为每吨原料油20.29 kg标油,高于中石化同类装置的能耗定额(每吨原料油12 kg标油),其中电耗占该装置总能耗的60%。该装置通过投用热进料、新氢压缩机增加无级调节系统、循环氢压缩机增加无级调节系统、高压胺液泵加装变频器等节能措施,达到该装置节能降耗的目的,产生了良好的经济效益。 Henan Fengli Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has built a 0.6 Mt·a^(-1) mid-aromatics hydro-upgrading unit with a designed operating pressure of 13.4 MPa and a designed energy consumption of 20.29 kg standard oil per 1 t feedstock oil,which is higher than the energy consumption quota of similar units in Sinopec(12 kg standard oil per 1 t raw oil),in which electricity consumption accounts for 60%of the total energy consumption of the device.The device achieves the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption by using hot feed,adding a stepless regulation system to a new hydrogen compressor,adding a stepless regulation system to a circulating hydrogen compressor,and adding a frequency converter to the high-pressure amine pump.Good economic benefits have been obtained.
