磁共振成像在亨廷顿病诊断中的应用价值 被引量：6

摘要 亨廷顿病(Huntington disease,HD)的磁共振成像诊断国内尚未见报道,现对9例HD病人磁共振成像资料的对照研究报道如下。1 资料1.1 一般资料:研究组:1999年1月至2000年4月北京功能神经外科研究所收治的9例病人,年龄43—54岁,平均(47.3±11.1)岁,男性6例,女性3例,7例病人有明确的家族史。对照组:宣武医院健康体检的成年人8例,年龄40—62岁,平均(48.5±10.2)岁。男:女比例为1:1。1.2 诊断标准:①临床表现为后天出现、隐袭起病的、呈进行性加重的舞蹈样动作;②进行性智力减退,经简易智能量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评分为22.6±1.6。
