摘要
实景三维技术是利用现实世界的实景数据,结合计算机图形学和虚拟现实技术,实现对真实场景的高度还原和可视化。兴仁市作为发展中的现代化城市,实景三维技术在城市规划、用地选址、旅游推广、社会治理、环境整治、地灾防治、公共突发事件应急等方面具有巨大的潜力。本文旨在探讨利用无人机、云计算等新兴技术开展大规模实景三维建设的实践,分析其对城市发展的影响和作用,并提出相关建议。
Real scene three-dimensional technology uses real world real scene data and combines with computer graphics and virtual reality technology to achieve the high reduction and visualization of the real scene.Xingren city is a developing modern city,real scene three-dimensional technology has great potential in urban planning,land site selection,tourism promotion,social governance,environmental remediation,disaster prevention and control,public emergency response and other aspects.The purpose of this paper is to explore the practice of using UAV,cloud computing and other emerging technologies to carry out large-scale real scene three-dimensional construction,analyze its influence and effect on urban development,and put forward relevant suggestions.
