摘要
为推进和加速中国(上海)自由贸易试验区临港新片区(下文简称为“临港区”)综合能源体系的发展,针对产业园区中公共建筑屋顶建设分布式光伏电站、新建公共建筑同步设计光伏发电系统等多个领域开展了太阳能开发和应用模式探究,提出了拓展“光伏+”场景、发展光伏光热热泵及其他太阳能热利用方式、探索区域共享储能和新型用户侧储能系统,以及研究新型负碳技术和碳资产全生命周期管理等综合能源实施方案,为临港区的低碳发展提供参考。
In order to promote and accelerate the development of comprehensive energy system in Lingang Special Area of China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone(hereinafter referred to as"Lingang Special Area"),this paper explores solar energy development and application models in many fields,such as the construction of distributed PV power stations on government and public building roofs,the simultaneous design of PV power generation system in new public buildings in industrial parks.A comprehensive energy implementation plan is proposed to expand the"PV+"scenarios,develop PV/T pumps and other solar thermal utilization methods,explore regional shared energy storage and new user-side energy storage systems,study new negative carbon technology and carbon asset full lifecycle management,and provide references for low-carbon development in Lingang Special Area.
