食品接触材料的安全直接关系到所接触的食品的安全,是控制食品安全的关键因素。近年来,在加强食品安全监管、守护舌尖上的安全的大潮中,世界各国都在强化对食品接触材料安全性的管理,我国也陆续出台了多项食品接触材料强制性国家安全标准,这些标准基本与国际标准接轨。在食品包装材料使用相对集中的塑料制品领域,其安全性越来越得到人们的重视。本文简述食品接触用塑料制品安全国家标准,探究塑料制品安全检验问题,以期优化试验结果,发觉潜在风险,为提升我国食品接触用塑料包装的安全性提供助力。

The safety of food contact materials is directly related to the safety of the food they come into contact with,and is a key factor in controlling food safety.In recent years,in the trend of strengthening food safety supervision and safeguarding the safety of food contact materials,countries around the world have been strengthening the safety management of food contact materials.China has also successively introduced multiple national mandatory safety standards for food contact materials,which are basically in line with international standards.In the field of plastic products where the use of food packaging materials is relatively concentrated,their safety is receiving increasing attention.This article briefly describes the national standards for the safety of plastic products for food contact,explores the safety inspection issues of plastic products,in order to optimize the test results,identify the potential risks,and provide assistance for improving the safety of plastic packaging for food contact in China.
