标准化循证指导的护理干预对乳腺癌PICC患者并发症及生活质量的影响分析

Effect of Standardized Evidence-based Nursing Intervention on Complications and Quality of Life of Breast Cancer Patients with PICC

目的:研究标准化循证指导的护理干预对乳腺癌PICC患者并发症及生活质量的影响。方法:选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院于2021年9月至2022年12月收治的乳腺癌PICC患者50例,应用随机数表法分成两组,即对照组(25例,临床试验护理干预)和观察组(25例,标准化循证指导护理干预)。结果:标准化循证指导护理干预下乳腺癌PICC患者PICC置管用时、PICC留置时间、住院时间低于临床试验护理干预,肩关节活动正常占比高于临床试验护理干预,肩关节活动受限、肩关节活动严重受限占比低于临床试验护理干预,PHQ-9量表、GAD-7量表评分低于临床试验护理干预,角色、躯体、认知、社会评分高于临床试验护理干预,堵管、皮肤过敏反应、感染总发生率低于临床试验护理干预,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准化循证指导的护理干预对乳腺癌PICC患者并发症及生活质量具有积极影响,因此循证指导护理干预更具推广价值。

Objective:To study the effect of standardized evidence-based nursing intervention on the complications and quality of life of breast cancer patients with PICC.Methods:50 cases of breast cancer PICC patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from September 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(25 cases,clinical trial nursing intervention)and the observation group(25 cases,standardized evidence-based nursing intervention).Results:Under the standardized evidence-based guidance nursing intervention,the PICC intubation time,PICC retention time,and hospital stay of breast cancer PICC patients were lower than the clinical trial nursing intervention,the proportion of shoulder joint movement normal was higher than the clinical trial nursing intervention,the proportion of shoulder joint movement restricted,shoulder joint movement severely restricted was lower than the clinical trial nursing intervention,the PHQ-9 scale,GAD-7 scale score was lower than the clinical trial nursing intervention,and the role,body,cognition,social scores were higher than those of clinical trial nursing intervention,and the total incidence of tube blockage,skin allergic reactions,and infections was lower than that of clinical trial nursing intervention.The difference in comparison results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized evidence-based nursing intervention has a positive impact on the complications and quality of life of PICC patients with breast cancer,so evidence-based nursing intervention has more promotion value.
