规范化护理在老年下肢骨折手术室护理的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Standardized Nursing in Operating Room Nursing of the Elderly with Lower Extremity Fractures

目的:为提高老年下肢骨折患者手术成功率,就规范化护理在手术室护理中的应用价值进行探究。方法:研究时间为2021年12月—2022年12月,研究对象为蚌埠医学院第一附属医院84例老年下肢骨折患者,应用随机数表法分两组,对照组(42例)患者进行常规护理,观察组(42例)患者进行规范化护理,评价两组护理措施的实施情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年下肢骨折手术治疗患者实施规范化护理,可以降低并发症发生率,能够提高护理质量和患者满意度,具有较好的临床推广性。

Objective:To improve the success rate of operation in elderly patients with lower extremity fracture,and explore the application value of standardized nursing in operating room nursing.Methods:From December 2021 to December 2022,84 elderly patients with lower limb fracture in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(42 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(42 cases)received standardized nursing.The implementation of nursing measures in the two groups was evaluated.Results:After intervention,the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complications of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The negative emotion score of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing for elderly patients with lower extremity fracture surgery can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of nursing,and have higher patient satisfaction and good clinical promotion.
