摘要
目的:评析标准化营养支持和护理应用于慢性肾功能不全患者中的效果。方法:2022年5月—2023年5月,选入慢性肾功能不全患者64例,抽签法分为两组,每组32例。参照组进行常规护理,试验组实施联合标准化营养支持护理方案。评析2组营养状态情况。结果:护理后,试验组并发症、营养指标、遵医行为等均比参照组优异,P<0.05。结论:标准化营养支持和护理的应用,可改善慢性肾功能不全患者的营养状态,并且能够降低相关并发症发生的风险。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of standardized nutritional support and nursing applied in patients with chronic renal insufficiency.Methods:From May 2022 to May 2023,64 cases of chronic renal insufficiency patients were included and divided into two groups by lottery method,with 32 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group implemented combined standardized nutritional support program.The nutritional status of the 2 groups was evaluated.Results:After nursing,complications,nutritional indexes,and medical compliance behaviors of the experimental group were superior to those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized nutritional support and nursing can improve the nutritional status of patients with chronic renal insufficiency,and reduce the risk of related complications.
