规范化综合护理在胃癌术后护理中的应用效果及预后影响

Application Effect and Prognostic Infl uence of Standardized Comprehensive Nursing in Postoperative Nursing of Gastric Cancer

目的:分析规范化综合护理在胃癌术后护理中的应用效果及预后影响。方法:纳入2021年1月—2023年6月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的70例胃癌患者,根据信封法随机分为两组,各35例。参照组行常规护理干预,研究组在参照组基础上实施规范化综合护理干预,对比干预效果。结果:研究组胃肠道激素水平优于参照组;研究组预后优于参照组;研究组术后并发症低于参照组;指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将规范化综合护理应用到胃癌患者的术后护理中,可有效改善其术后胃肠道激素水平,促进胃肠功能的快速恢复,降低术后并发症发生率,加快身体恢复进程。

Objective:To analyze the application effect and prognostic impact of standardized comprehensive nursing in postoperative care of gastric cancer.Methods:70 gastric cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups according to the envelope method,with 35 patients in each group.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,while the research group implemented standardized comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.The effectiveness of the intervention was compared.Results:The levels of gastrointestinal hormones in the research group were better than those in the reference group;The prognosis of the research group was better than that of the reference group;The postoperative complications in the research group were lower than those in the reference group;The difference in indicator comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying standardized comprehensive nursing to postoperative care of gastric cancer patients can effectively improve their postoperative gastrointestinal hormone levels,promote rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and accelerate the process of physical recovery.
