标准化护理无痛胃肠镜检查患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Standardized Nursing for Patients Undergoing Painless Gastroenteroscopy

目的:分析无痛胃肠镜检查患者接受标准化护理干预的效果。方法:将2021年7月—2023年7月期间,在兰州大学第二医院内镜中心接受无痛胃镜检查的200例患者,以随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组进行标准化护理干预,将心率、平均动脉压、检查时间、满意度等护理效果与并发症发生率等数据进行对比分析。结果:研究组护理效果高于对照组,对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率低于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对无痛胃肠镜检查患者应用标准化护理干预,可有效保证患者生命体征的稳定性,减少并发症的出现,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing intervention on patients with painless gastroenteroscopy.Methods:From July 2021 to July 2023,200 patients receiving painless gastroscopy in the Endoscopy Center of the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received standardized nursing intervention.The nursing effects such as heart rate,mean arterial pressure,examination time,satisfaction rate and complication rate were compared and analyzed.Results:The nursing effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized nursing intervention in patients with painless gastroenteroscopy can effectively ensure the stability of patients’vital signs,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve patients’nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
