标准化心理护理干预对急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓治疗的影响分析

Analysis of the Infl uence of Standardized Psychological Nursing Intervention on Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:探究标准化心理护理干预对急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓治疗的影响。方法:从蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2021年1月至2022年6月期间收治急性缺血性脑卒中患者中选取64例进行临床资料分析。32例行常规基础护理干预纳入常规组,32例常规基础护理同时行标准化心理护理干预纳入个性组,统计分析2组护理成效。结果:个性组临床治疗优良率93.75%高于常规组75.00%(P<0.05),血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、C反应蛋白、焦虑与抑郁评分、神经功能缺损评分、疼痛评分、并发症发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05),日常生活能力评分、医嘱遵从率均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓治疗过程中辅以标准化心理护理干预对其心理状况改善、生理状况改善、并发症预防、临床疗效提升、遵医行为改善、疼痛缓解、神经功能恢复等存在积极影响,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the influence of standardized psychological nursing intervention on intravenous thrombolytic therapy of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:64 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected for clinical data analysis.32 cases of routine basic nursing intervention were included in the routine group,and 32 cases of routine basic nursing and standardized psychological nursing intervention were included in the personality group.The nursing effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the personality group was 93.75%,higher than the 75.00%in the routine group(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,glutathione peroxidase,C-reactive protein,anxiety and depression scores,neurological deficit scores,pain scores and complication rate in the personality group were all lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The score of daily living ability and the rate of doctor’s order compliance in the personality group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute ischemic stroke,supplemented by standardized psychological nursing intervention has positive effects on the improvement of psychological and physiological conditions,prevention of complications,improvement of clinical efficacy,improvement of compliance behavior,pain relief,neurological function recovery and so on,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
