不同季节长毛兔部分血清生化指标变化分析

Analysis of Some Serum Biochemical Indexes of Angora Rabbits in Different Seasons

摘要 长毛兔生产受季节变化,特别是夏季受热应激的影响,而血清生化指标是反映这一变化的潜在指标。文章分析了不同季节(春季、夏季和秋季)和性别(公、母)长毛兔血清生化指标水平的变化差异,旨在探明季节对长毛兔生化指标水平的影响,筛选获得热应激相关指标,从而指导长毛兔夏季生产。结果表明,长毛兔公、母兔的血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平变化规律相似,均为夏季降低,秋季回升;公、母兔的肌酸肌酶(CK)水平均为8月初大幅上升,8月中旬显著下降,秋季又回升;公、母兔的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平在8月初均较大幅度上升,公兔8月中旬继续显著上升至秋季恢复正常,而母兔8月中旬即恢复正常。公兔的总蛋白(TP)在8月初无变化,而8月中旬和秋季显著升高(P<0.05),母兔无显著变化(P>0.05);8月初公、母兔的白蛋白(ALB)均小幅下降后逐渐显著上升(P<0.05);公兔的尿素(UREA)水平季节变化不明显(P>0.05),母兔秋季UREA水平低于其他季节。公兔的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)均无季节性差异(P>0.05),母兔ALT和AST水平均在8月中旬最低(P<0.05);公兔AST/ALT比值随热应激逐渐上升,8月中旬显著高于春季(P<0.05),秋季恢复,母兔AST/ALT比值8月初即大幅上升,而后基本恢复正常。综上,长毛兔热应激相关的主要变化指标有ALP、ALB、LDH和AST/ALT比值;公兔应激持久,而母兔敏感却恢复较快。 The production of Angora rabbits is affected by seasonal change,especially summer heat stress,and serum biochemical indexes are potential indicators to reflect this change.This study analyzed the changes of serum biochemical indexes of Angora rabbits in different seasons(spring,summer,and autumn)and sex(male and female),aiming to ascertain the influence of seasons on the biochemical indexes of Angora rabbits,and to screen the relevant indexes of heat stress to guide the summer production of Angora rabbits.The results showed that the serum ALP levels of male and female rabbits decreased in summer and increased in autumn,respectively.The CK level of male rabbits increased significantly in early August,decreased significantly in mid-August,and rose again in autumn.LDH level increased significantly in both male and female rabbits in early August,and continued to increase significantly in mid-August in male rabbits and returned to normal in autumn,while that returned to normal in mid-August in female rabbits.The TP level of male rabbits had no change in early August,but significantly increased in mid-August and autumn(P<0.05),while that of female rabbits had no significant change(P>0.05).ALB decreased slightly in early August and then increased significantly(P<0.05).The UREA level of male rabbits did not change significantly in seasons(P>0.05),but the UREA level of female rabbits in autumn was lower than that in other seasons.There was no seasonal difference in ALT and AST in male rabbits(P>0.05),and the levels of ALT and AST in female rabbits were the lowest in midAugust(P<0.05).AST/ALT of male rabbits increased gradually with heat stress,which was significantly higher in mid-August than in spring,and recovered in autumn.The AST/ALT of female rabbits increased significantly in early August,and then basically recovered.In summary,the main change indexes were ALP,ALB,LDH,and AST/ALT for heat stress of Angora rabbit.Male rabbits suffer from persistent heat stress,while female rabbits were sensitive but recovered quickly.
