中华优秀传统文化博大精深,其对于推动中华文明再度崛起意义重大。习近平文化思想作为“两个结合”的最新理论成果,强调传承、发扬中华优秀传统文化,树立历史自信与文化自信,注重推进文化创新的自觉性。新时代赋予中华优秀传统文化新的使命,即在新起点上继续推动文化繁荣、建设文化强国、建设中华民族现代文明。这从战略和全局高度铺开了中国式现代化的文化长卷,标志着党对中国特色社会主义文化建设规律的认识达到新高度。为此,要坚持中国道路,不断增强文化自觉;坚持独立自主,把握中华文明特性;坚持开拓创新,走“结合”的必由之路。在功能定位层面,要守中华优秀传统文化之正,即中华优秀传统文化是中华民族的根和魂,是马克思主义中国化时代化的土壤。在时代价值层面,要创中华优秀传统文化之新,即中华优秀传统文化是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的强大支撑,是培育社会主义核心价值观的基本立足点、中国特色社会主义根植的文化沃土和新时代治国理政的智慧与镜鉴。
