1750 MW反应堆压力容器接管焊接翻转装置研制与应用

摘要 在单机容量1750 MW核电机组反应堆压力容器(RPV)研制过程中,接管组件在RPV筒体组件上的环缝窄间隙焊接和接管孔内壁热丝TIG堆焊,均需要RPV筒体组件以相应待焊接管轴线为旋转中心轴线,在满足相应焊接线速度要求下进行整体翻转。通过设计接管焊接翻转装置,实现了工艺装备携带工件的整体翻转功能,其旋转速度0.02~0.45 r/min,翻转整体重量小于500 t,满足了接管焊接与接管孔堆焊的工艺技术要求。经实际应用,工艺装备在焊接预热造成的高温气氛环境、重载、连续工作时间长等使役工况下性能稳定、控制精度可靠,接管焊接和接管孔堆焊均获得了良好的成型和焊接质量。 In the development process of the reactor pressure vessel(RPV)for a nuclear power unit with 1750 MW capacity for a single unit,both the narrow gap welding of the nozzle assembly on the RPV cylinder components and the hot wire TIG overlay welding of the inner wall of the nozzle hole require the RPV cylinder components to rotate with the corresponding axis of the pipe to be welded as the center axis,and to be flipped as a whole while meeting the corresponding weld line speed requirements.By designing a nozzle welding flipping device,the overall flipping function of the process equipment carrying the workpiece was achieved.Its rotation speed was 0.02~0.45 r/min,and the overall flipping weight was less than 500 tons,which meets the technical requirements for nozzle welding and overlay welding of nozzle hole.Through practical application,the process equipment has stable performance and reliable control accuracy under service conditions such as high temperature atmosphere environment caused by welding preheating,heavy load,and long continuous work time.Both the welded nozzle and overlay welded nozzle hole have achieved good forming and welding quality.
