1200 kV雷电冲击电压标准测量系统

摘要 目前,冲击电压测量系统溯源所需的国家计量标准系统额定电压只有700 kV,无法满足3500 kV及以上的特高压电器的溯源需求。对研制的1200 kV电阻分压器进行结构分析,并对建立的1200 kV冲击电压测量系统进行性能测试及改进,在700 kV电压范围内与已有的700 kV冲击电压国家标准测量系统进行比对校准,在700 kV至1200 kV电压范围进行线性度实验。对1200 kV标准冲击电压测量系统进行了不确定度评定,评定结果表明研制的1200 kV雷电冲击电压标准测量系统的试验电压、波前时间、半峰值时间的测量误差均在国际标准IEC 60060及国家标准GB/T 16927允许范围内,将我国的冲击电压国家标准测量系统额定电压等级提高至1200 kV。 With the development of domestic electric power technology,more and more kinds of samples demand impulse voltage test.In order to meet the demand of impulse voltage test,the rated voltage of impulse generator has reached 7200 kV.At present,the rated voltage of the national measurement standard system only 700 kV,which can't meet the tracing demand of UHV apparatus above 3500 kV.This paper analyzes the structure of the 1200 kV resistive divider,tests and improves the performance of the 1200 kV impulse voltage measurement system,compared with the national impulse voltage standard measurement system up to 700 kV,and linearity verification from 700 kV to 1200 kV.A structural analysis is conducted on the developed 1200 kV resistive divider,and performance testing and improvement are carried out on the established 1200 kV impulse voltage measurement system.Comparison and calibration are carried out with the existing 700 kV impulse voltage national standard measurement system within the voltage range of 700 kV,and linearity experiments are conducted in the voltage range of 700 kV to 1200 kV.The evaluation of uncertainty in the calibration of 1200 kV standard impulse voltage measurement system is also introduced,the results show that the measurement errors of the test voltage(peak voltage),front time and time to half-value of the 1200 kV lightning impulse voltage standard measuring system are all within the permissible range of the international standard IEC 60060 and the national standard GB/T 16927;the rated voltage level of the national standard measurement system of impulse voltage in our country is raised to 1200 kV.
