基于活力评价的集聚型村庄公共空间微更新研究——以西果园镇王家坪村为例

Research on Micro-renewal of Public Space in Agglomeration Villages based on Vitality Evaluation:A Case Study of Wangjiaping Village,Xiguoyuan Town

集聚型村庄公共空间微更新,应在尊重原有乡村建设格局和文化特色的现状条件下,满足村民对公共空间的使用需求,从而活态保护乡村聚落人文风貌,提升乡村聚落活力。以西果园镇王家坪村为例,通过综合运用PSPL调研法、GIS技术、SPSS统计分析平台,对村庄进行调研,获取村民的活动情况、村庄公共生活空间的分布情况,创建空间格局数据库,构建活力评价体系,探讨公共空间相关要素对村民活动的影响情况,从营造多元公共活动空间、优化点状公共空间布局、提升公共空间环境三个方面,探讨公共空间的微更新。

The micro-renewal of public space in clustered villages should meet the needs of villagers for the use of public space under the current conditions of respecting the original rural construction patterm and cultural characteristics,so as to protect the cultural features of rural settlements and enhance the vitality of rural settlements.Taking Wangjiaping Village in Xiguoyuan Town as an example,through the comprehensive use of PSPL research method,GIS technology and SPSS statistical analysis platform,this paper investigates the village,obtains the activities of the villagers and the distribution of the public living space of the village,creates the spatial pattem database,constructs the vitality evaluation system,discusses the influence of the relevant elements of public space on the activities of the villagers,and discusses the micro-renewal of public space from three aspects:creating multiple public activity space,optimizing point-like public space layout and improving public space environment.
