心理危机干预的诠释学特征及其理论构建

Hermeneutic Characteristics and Theoretical Construction of Psychological Crisis Intervention

经济社会的发展使得人们的心理健康意识提高,相应的需求不断增加,而当前信息获得的便利性让心理危机干预备受重视。回顾性研究了国内外心理危机干预的理论与技术,探讨了心理危机干预理论与技术的诠释学特征。结合中国传统文化,探索构建了中国化的问题澄清、正常化、情感析分、具体行动的心理危机干预理论体系,并进行了初步的实践应用,指出中国化的澄清析分行动干预技术符合中国传统文化,可以成为心理危机干预热线、心理问题紧急晤谈和心理咨询的核心技术。

The development of economic society has raised people's awareness of mental health,leading to an increasing demand.The current convenience of information access has brought significant attention to psychological crisis intervention.This paper retrospectively studies the theories and techniques of psychological crisis intervention at home and abroad,discusses the hermeneutic characteristics of the theories and techniques of psychological crisis intervention.Combining with Chinese traditional culture,this paper explores and constructs a Chinese-style theoretical system for psychological crisis intervention,including problem clarification,problem normalization,emotion analysis,concrete action,and conducts preliminary practical application.It pointed out that the Chinese-style clarification and analysis intervention techniques align with traditional Chinese culture and have the potential to become core technologies for psychological crisis intervention hotlines,urgent consultations for psychological issues,and psychological counseling.
