基于优势专科的临床交叉医学人才培养的思考——以肿瘤心脏病学人才培养为例

Reflections on the Cultivation of Clinical Interdisciplinary Talents Based on the Strength of the Specialty:Taking the Cultivation of Talents in Oncocardiology as An Example

肿瘤心脏病学作为一门新兴交叉学科,需要既懂肿瘤专业又懂心血管知识的多学科交叉人才。目前肿瘤心脏病学人才培养中面临交叉融合深度不够、教育体系不完善、岗位胜任能力不足等诸多问题。基于大连医科大学附属第一医院在国内率先开展肿瘤心脏病这一交叉学科的优势,从加强学科建设,培育高水平师资队伍,改善人才培养模式等方面,探索了符合当今时代的交叉医学人才的培养路径,提升了育人效果,以期为推动我国医学院校附属医院高层次临床交叉医学人才培养提供参考。

Oncocardiology,as an emerging interdisciplinary field,is in urgent need of oncology-cardiology interdisciplinary talents.Currently,the training of talents in oncocardiology faces challenges such as insufficient depth of interdisciplinary integration,incomplete educational system,and inadequate competence for job positions.Based on the pioneering work of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University in establishing the interdisciplinary field of oncocardiology,this paper explores a training path for cross-disciplinary medical talents that is in line with the current era.This exploration involves strengthening discipline construction,cultivating a high-level faculty team,and improving talent training models.The experience gained has enhanced the effectiveness of talent cultivation.This summary aims to provide insights for promoting the training of high-level clinical cross-disciplinary medical talents in affiliated hospitals of medical universities in China.
