煤矿井下低压供电系统远程集控漏电试验平台设计研究

摘要 对目前煤矿井下低压供电系统特征及漏电原因进行了深入研究,分析了导致漏电的影响因素以及由此所带来的危害;在此基础之上通过对远程通信技术、数据采集技术以及漏电检测技术的统筹运用,立足煤矿电力监控系统软件的自身实际,设计了与之相匹配的远程集控漏电试验平台。对该平台的结构进行了详细阐述,并对其中的重要构成部件,如监控系统、漏电试验电阻箱等和相关的软硬件设计进行了具体介绍;并对低压漏电试验的有效性进行了现场有效验证;实际应用结果表明,符合煤矿远程低压漏电试验的相关要求,大幅降低了由于漏电而产生的停电、送电安全风险,提高了煤矿井下低压供电系统的远程在线安全监控能力。 The characteristics of underground low-voltage power supply system and the causes of leakage in coal mine were deeply studied,the influence factors of leakage and the hazards were analyzed.On this basis,through the coordinated application of remote communication technology,data acquisition technology,and leakage detection technology,according to the actual situation of coal mine power monitoring system software,a matching remote centralized control leakage test platform was designed.The structure of the platform was elaborated in detail,and the important components such as monitoring system,leakage test resistance box,and related hardware and software design were specifically introduced.The effectiveness of the low-voltage leakage test was effectively verified on site,and the results showed that it met the relevant requirements of the remote low-voltage leakage test in coal mine,significantly reduced the safety risks of power outage and transmission caused by power leakage,and improved the remote online safety monitoring ability of the low-voltage power supply system in coal mine.
