乡村振兴背景下高职院校党团班协同社会实践育人模式探索——以暑期“三下乡”社会实践活动为例

The Exploration of the Collaborative Social Practice Education Model of Party and Youth League Classes in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of the Summer Social Practice Activityof“Three Volunteer Activities in Rural Areas”

社会实践是高校思想政治工作的重要载体,而党支部、团支部、班级会是高校实施社会实践育人的重要组织。在乡村振兴战略背景下,以暑期“三下乡”社会实践活动为载体,依托党支部、团支部、班级会等组织力量融入课程思政元素,探讨并构建“党团班”协同社会实践育人模式途径,重视实践育人系统化不高、实践内容与学生专业契合度不高、评价反馈机制有待完善等现实困境,通过优化顶层设计、强化组织协同、构建正向激励、实施联动耦合,从组织管理、支持保障、评价考核、协同耦合等方面突破现实困境,建立健全高职院校党团班协同耦合社会实践育人体系,贯彻落实党的高质量“立德树人”教育目标,做到“知行合一,德技双磬”。

The social practice education is an important carrier of ideological and political work in universities.Party branches,youth league branches,and classes are important organizations for universities to implement social practice education.In the context of the strategy of rural vitalization,using the summer“Three Volunteer Activities in Rural Areas”social practice activities as a carrier,relying on organizational forces such as party branches,youth league branches,and class to integrate ideological and political elements into the curriculum,a collaborative social practice education model of“party and youth league classes”can be explored and constructed.The practical difficulties should be focused on,which includes inefficient the practical education system,the practical content uncompatible with students'majors,and the incomplete evaluation and feedback mechanism.The reality delimma can be broken through by optimizing the top-level design,strengthening organizational collaboration,building positive incentives,and implementing linkage coupling in organizational management,support guarantee,evaluation and assessment,and collaboration coupling,to establish and improve the social practice education system of party and youth league classes in vocational colleges,implement the high-quality“moral education”goal of the Party,and achieve the“the unity of knowledge and action,and the double chime of virtue and technology”.
