农业产业化龙头企业创新发展瓶颈分析及对策——以河北省为例

An Analysis onBottlenecks and Countermeasures of Innovation and Development of Leading Enterprises in Agricultural Industrialization——Taking Hebei Province as an Example

当前河北省农业产业化龙头企业仍面临企业技术研发及内驱创新动力不足、农产品品牌打造与营销推广乏力、企业内部经营与人力资源开发提升不足、带动农户的利益联结与激励困难等五方面瓶颈,与周边优势省份相比其发展的绩效水平尚待提升。从国家级龙头企业绩效特征和资源要素禀赋来看,河北省农业龙头企业实现创新发展需实施加强技术创新与联合研发、培育农产品名优品牌、强化人才培养与培训质量、创新金融信贷支持举措、完善联农利益联结机制等策略。

At present,the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Hebei Province still face five bottlenecks,such as lack of motivation in technological research and development and independent innovation,lack of brand building and marketing promotion of agricultural products,lack of internal management and human resources development and promotion,and difficulty in driving farmers’interest connection and incentive.Its development performance level needs to be improved compared with neighboring advantageous provinces.From the perspective of performance characteristics and resource factor endowment of national leading enterprises,the innovative development of agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province needs to strengthen the technological innovation and joint research and development,cultivate famous and excellent brands of agricultural products,strengthen talent training and training quality,innovate financial and credit support measures,and improve the benefit linkage mechanism of farmers.
