新发展阶段下乡村人居环境治理优化路径研究——基于河北省邢台市任泽区张家庄村的案例分析

摘要 随着中国进入新的发展阶段,乡村人居环境治理的优化已经成为实现乡村振兴战略的关键领域。文章深入探讨了乡村人居环境治理优化的三大核心路径:生态环境治理、基础设施完善和特色产业建设。其中生态环境是乡村持续健康发展的基石,确保了乡村资源的可持续利用;基础设施作为外部连接的桥梁,显著提升了农民的生活水平;而特色产业建设作为乡村的经济支柱,不仅为村庄提供了经济支撑,还为其注入了新的活力,研究结果对于理解和推进当前与未来的乡村人居环境治理具有重要的理论和实践意义。 As China enters a new stage of development,the optimization of rural human settlements environment governance has become a key area for realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.This paper thoroughly explores the three core paths to optimize rural human settlements environment governance:ecological environment governance,infrastructure improvement,and the construction of characteristic industries.Through the comprehensive analysis,it is found that the ecological environment is the cornerstone of the rural area’s sustained and healthy development,ensuring the sustainable use of rural resources;infrastructure serves as a bridge for external connections,significantly improving the living standards of farmers;and the construction of characteristic industries,as the economic pillar of the countryside,not only provides economic support for the villages but also injects new vitality into them.The research findings of this paper have important theoretical and practical significance for understanding and advancing current and future rural human settlements environment governance.
