思政课教师线上教学力模型建构与提升路径

Model construction and improvement path of online teaching ability for ideological and political course teachers

摘要 提升思政课教师的线上教学力,对适应教学方式转变、构建数字教学生态、践行人本教学理念以及促进教师专业发展都具有重要价值。基于“素质洋葱模型”,构建思政课教师线上教学的教学力模型,具体包括个人特质、教学动力、教学魅力、知识素养、教学能力五大维度,并从提高教师线上教学的知识素养、教学能力、教学魅力、教学潜力、个人特质方面提出了思政课教师线上教学力的提升策略。 It is of great value to improve the online teaching ability of ideological and political course teachers to adapt to the change of teaching methods,to construct digital teaching ecology,to practice the humanistic teaching idea and to promote the professional development of teachers.Based on“Quality Onion Model”,this paper constructs the teaching ability model of online teaching of ideological and political course,which includes five dimensions:personal characteristics,teaching motivation,teaching charm,knowledge accomplishment and teaching ability,and the paper also puts forward some strategies to improve the online teaching ability of ideological and political course teachers from the aspects of knowledge accomplishment,teaching ability,teaching charm,teaching potential and personal characteristics.
