混凝法对火力发电厂脱硫废水悬浮物粒径分布的影响研究

摘要 针对脱硫废水悬浮物含量高、沉降性能差等特点,本实验采用混凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、聚合硫酸铁(SPFS)和助凝剂硅藻土、活性炭,配制不同浓度溶液进行混凝实验,测定悬浮物的粒径分布,确定混凝效果。实验结果表明:混凝法处理脱硫废水,混凝剂和助凝剂的最佳浓度为:PAM最佳浓度4mg/L,SPFS最佳浓度60mg/L,硅藻土最佳浓度40mg/L,活性炭最佳浓度30mg/L。混凝法处理脱硫废水悬浮物的最佳组合为:PAM(4mg/L)+硅藻土(40mg/L)。 Aiming at the characteristics of high suspended matter content and poor sedimentation performance of desulfurized wastewater,this experiment uses coagulants polyacrylamide(PAM),polymeric ferric sulfate(SPFS),coagulant diatomite,and activated carbon to prepare solutions of different concentrations.Coagulation experiment,measuring the particle size distribution of suspended solids to determine the coagulation effect.The experimental results show that:The optimal concentration of coagulation method for the treatment of desulfurization wastewater,the optimal concentration of coagulant and coagulant:The optimal concentration of PAM 4 mg/L,the optimal concentration of SPFS 60 mg/L,the optimal concentration of diatomaceous earth 40 mg/L,the optimal concentration of activated carbon is 30 mg/L.The best combination of coagulation method to treat suspended matter in desulfurized wastewater is:PAM(4 mg/L)+diatomaceous earth(40 mg/L).
