碱熔ICP-MS法测定土壤样品中稀散金属铼

摘要 本实验中样品通过氧化镁高温熔融后,铼充分氧化析出,经热水提取—阳离子交换树脂过滤,将铼与溶液中阳离子有效分离,最大限度降低待测溶液中盐分的含量,从而降低离子干扰、提高仪器分析灵敏度。本实验对同位素的选择、干扰元素的降低、马弗炉熔样条件的选择以及仪器工作条件等方面进行了讨论。以7次试剂空白得出方法检出限为0.156ng/g,通过国家一级标准物质12次测定结果,得出RSD小于10%,RE小于5%,满足地质样品检测要求。 In this experiment,the sample is melted by magnesium oxide at high temperature,and the rhenium is fully oxidized and precipitated.After extraction by hot water,the sample is filtered through the cation exchange resin to effectively separate the target element rhenium from the cation in the solution to minimize the content of the salt in the solution to be tested,so as to reduce the ionic interference and improve the sensitivity of the instrument analysis.The selection of isotopes,reduction of interference elements,selection of high temperature melting conditions in maver furnace and instrument working conditions are discussed.The detection limit is 0.156 ng/g.From the measurement results of national primary standard substance 12,the RSD is less than 10%and the RE is less than 5%,which meets the requirements of geological sample detection magnesium oxide melting.
