采煤工作面瓦斯与粉尘防治技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为改善采面工作面环境质量、降低瓦斯、粉尘等对煤炭回采影响,以3105综采工作面回采为工程背景,针对采面推进期间瓦斯涌出量大、粉尘浓度高问题,结合以往研究成果及矿井瓦斯、粉尘灾害治理经验,针对性提出强化瓦斯抽采、煤层注水以及喷雾等瓦斯与粉尘防治技术措施。现场应用后,3105综采工作面在后续生产期间,瓦斯涌出量及瓦斯浓度保持稳定,工作面环境质量得以明显改善、粉尘浓度得以较好控制;现场采用的瓦斯与粉尘防治技术措施效果显著,可为采面煤炭高效生产奠定良好基础。 In order to improve the environmental quality of the working face and reduce the impact of gas and dust on coal mining,taking the 3105 fully mechanized working face mining as the engineering background,aiming at the problems of large gas emission and high dust concentration during the mining face advancement,combined with previous research results and the experience of mine gas and dust disaster management,targeted technical measures to strengthen gas drainage,coal seam water injection,spray and other gas and dust prevention and control are proposed.After onsite application,the gas emission and concentration of the 3105 fully mechanized mining face remained stable during the subsequent production period,the environmental quality of the working face was significantly improved,and the dust concentration was well controlled;The gas and dust prevention measures adopted on site have significant effects and can lay a good foundation for efficient coal production in the mining face.
