某平台HZJ70DB钻机液压盘刹控制系统的技术改进

摘要 针对东海某平台HZJ70DB模块钻机盘刹控制系统存在的无液压源低油压报警功能、绞车过卷有时无法解除刹车及管线接头腐蚀严重等问题,分析了上述问题的原因与危害,通过在原控制系统的基础上增加系统低油压报警装置,设置手动释放阀,引入备用主气,以及采用SS316L不锈钢材质的硬管及接头的改进措施,经过两年的实践应用,上述问题得到了有效解决,改进措施对提高盘刹控制系统的可靠性、安全性和作业效率效果显著。 Aiming at the problems existing in the brake control system of HZJ70DB module drilling rig on a certain platform in the East China Sea,such as the low oil pressure alarm function without hydraulic source,the failure of winch overwinding to release the brake,and the serious corrosion of the pipeline joint,etc.By adding the low oil pressure alarm device,setting the manual release valve and introducing the spare main gas on the basis of the original control system,as well as the improvement measures of adopting the hard pipe and joint made of SS316L stainless steel,after two years of practical application,the above problems have been effectively solved,the improved measures have obvious effects on improving the reliability,safety and working efficiency of the disc brake control system.
