统计工作和财务工作是企业决策和经营管理中的两个重要组成部分,二者有效协调和衔接能够帮助企业更好地制定决策和规划。然而,在实际操作中,统计工作和财务工作之间往往存在一些协调问题。基于此,阐述了企业统计工作与财务工作协调研究的重要性,分析了企业统计工作与财务工作协调存在的问题,并提出了企业统计工作与财务工作协调的优化策略。

Statistical work and financial work are two essential components in enterprise decision-making and operational management,and the effective coordination and convergence between the two can assist enterprises in making better decisions and plans.In practice,however,there are often coordination problems between statistical work and financial work.Based on this,this paper expounds the importance of the coordination of enterprise statistical work and financial work,analyzes the problems existing in the coordination of enterprise statistical work and financial work,and puts forward optimization strategies for the coordination of enterprise statistical work and financial work.
