摘要
追求卓越作为当今教师专业发展的时代命题得到广泛关注,而教师恐惧则是教师作为偶在个体追求职业生涯卓越呈现的严重阻抑。所谓教师恐惧是在特定的学校教育情境下产生的,以教师为主体,作用于教师心灵,对教师的自身认同和完整和谐产生强烈冲击的负面情绪体验。观乎教师恐惧的实践表征可得出,教师恐惧产生的内因是教师对自身认同的异化,外因是“非输即赢”的竞争机制。教师若想追求卓越必然要超越恐惧,不仅要发展对教师恐惧影响的整全认识,还要确立教师超越恐惧的主体基石以及构建教师超越恐惧的共同体。
Teachers fear is a major“stumbling block”and“roadblock”to teachers professional development and pursuit of excellence.Teachers fear is generated in specific schooling contexts,with teachers as the subject,and has a strong impact on teachers original identity and their integrity.The practical manifestations of teachers fear include fear of the regular classroom,fear of problem students,and fear of the current educational system.The internal cause of teachers fear is the distortion of their own identity and integrity,and the external cause is the competition mechanism of“lose-or-win”.The pursuit of excellence requires teachers to transcend their fears,not only by developing a comprehensive understanding of the impact of teachers fear,but also by establishing the cornerstones of teachers transcendence and building a community of teachers who transcend their fears.
