摘要
管道是氢能大规模、高效利用的一种较为经济的输送方式,在高压下氢往往会对钢质管道材料带来氢脆或氢损伤。为进一步了解氢对钢性能的潜在影响,重点关注了氢对管道材料性能的影响机制,并最终影响裂纹形核和扩展的阻力,包括塑性、内聚强度、空穴形核和生长以及静态、准静态和循环载荷下的裂纹扩展等内容,总结了氢对钢铁材料拉伸、断裂阻力和疲劳等关键性能影响的研究结果。
Pipeline is an economical transmission method for large-scale and efficient utilization of hydrogen energy.Under high pressure,hydrogen often causes hydrogen embrittlement or damage to steel pipeline materials.In order to further understand the potential impact of hydrogen on the properties of steel,emphasis was placed on the different mechanisms by which hydrogen affects material properties and ultimately affects the resistance to crack nucleation and propagation.Factors such as plasticity,cohesive strength,void nucleation and growth,as well as crack propagation under static,quasi-static,and cyclic loads were considered.The research results on the impact of hydrogen on key properties of steel materials such as tension,fracture resistance,and fatigue were summarized.
