基于Python的地理国情监测成果质量检查软件设计与实现

摘要 组织开展地理国情监测,对于全面、准确、权威掌握地理国情以及对国家发展政策制定都具有十分重要的意义。为了提高地理国情监测数据成果检查效率,最大限度减少人工检查造成的效率低、成本高等现实性问题。本文结合实际地理国情监测成果数据特征,基于ArcGIS平台利用Python语言与ArcPy站点包进行程序开发,实现地理国情监测成果批量检查。通过质量检查应用程序编写实例表明,利用Python语言可以有效发现、定位与提取监测成果中相关的数据更新错误,将形成的更新错误定位文件打包发给作业人员进行相应修改,提升了检查工作效率。 Organizing geographical and national monitoring is of great significance for comprehensive,accurate,and authoritative understanding of geographical and national conditions,as well as for formulating national development policies.In order to improve the efficiency of checking geographical and national monitoring data results and minimize the practical problems of low efficiency and high cost caused by human inspection,this article combines the characteristics of actual geographical and national monitoring data,based on the ArcGIS platform,uses Python language and ArcPy site package to develop programs,and realizes batch checking of geographical and national monitoring results.The example of writing a quality inspection application shows that using Python language can effectively detect,locate,and extract data update errors related to monitoring results.The resulting update error location files are packaged and sent to operators for corresponding modifications,improving the efficiency of inspection work.
