在实景三维中国建设的大背景下,为满足三维不动产场景大面积立体化表达和不动产登记精细化管理的需求,提出了一套实景三维不动产场景构建和集成方法。本文探讨了实景三维不动产场景构建和集成的技术路线,系统阐述了实景三维不动产模型构建的内容、基于地图服务聚合的实景三维不动产场景集成方法以及基于Cesium的实景三维可视化表达,形成了集物理空间、产权空间和实景特征于一体真实精准的实景三维不动产场景。

Under the background of 3D real estate construction in China,a set of 3D real estate scene construction and integration method is proposed in order to meet the needs of large-scale three-dimensional expression of 3D real estate scene and fine management of real estate registration.This paper discusses the technical route of 3D real estate scene construction and integration,systematically expounds the content of 3D real estate model construction,the integration method of 3D real estate scene based on map service aggregation,and the 3D visualization expression of real estate based on Cesium.Form a real and accurate three-dimensional real estate scene that integrates physical space,property rights space and real features.
