甲状腺激素代谢物作为人体生理和病理的重要调节因子日益受到关注。目前研究已证实其在调节血糖、改善血脂异常和促进神经发育方面具有与甲状腺激素类似的作用,此外近来发现甲状腺激素代谢物在保护心肌再灌注损伤和抑制肿瘤增殖方面亦发挥重要作用。深入研究甲状腺激素代谢物的生物学效应及其作用机制将为代谢性疾病、神经系统疾病和肿瘤的治疗开辟新视角。

Thyroid hormone metabolites,as important regulators of physiology and pathology,have received more and more attention.In addition to having similar effects to thyroid hormones in modulating hyperglycemia,improving dyslipidemia and promoting brain development,researchers have also found that they play an important role in protecting the heart from myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury and inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells.Further investigations of thyroid hormone metabolites are needed to fully reveal their physiological actions and mechanisms,and this may open new perspectives for the treatment of metabolic diseases,neurological diseases and cancer.
