摘要
针对某水库大坝泄洪闸溢流堰及闸墩在施工过程中出现裂缝,通过对其相应工况下的数值模拟分析发现,在裂缝部位下部先期浇筑的混凝土强度尚未达到其标准强度时,上部后浇筑混凝土已经作为荷载作用其上,从而导致下部混凝土结构拉应力超出其实际能承受的拉应力。原设计泄洪闸结构在完建期应力水平较低,且已出现裂缝,破坏了结构的完整性,建议对其进行相应的加固处理。
During the construction process of the spillway gates of a reservoir dam,cracks are observed in the overflow weirs and the gate piers.Numerical simulation analysis under the corresponding working conditions shows that before the strength of the concrete poured earlier in the lower part of the cracking positions reaches its standard value,the concrete poured later in the upper part has already acted as a load on it,resulting in excessive tensile stress in the lower part concrete structure which exceeds its actual bearing capacity.The original designed spillway gate structure is of a low stress level after completion,while cracks are observed already,which break the integrity of the structure.Thus,targeted reinforcement treatment measures are suggested.
