基于时间序列参数图形化的塔式起重机塔身钢结构损伤辨识方法研究

摘要 为实现对塔式起重机塔身状态的快速辨识,文中提出一种基于时间序列参数图形化的塔式起重机塔身钢结构损伤辨识方法。该方法利用QTZ40塔式起重机的仿真模型获得空载下塔身完好状态和不同损伤位置组合状态下的顶端位移数据。以塔身完好状态下的数据进行时间序列分析,建立完好状态的自回归模型;以塔身待检测状态下的数据建立待检测状态的自回归模型;选取塔身各状态在X轴方向和Y轴方向上的自回归模型前3阶参数作为提取的特征值构建特征三角形;以完好状态三角形面积作为参考值建立安全区间;以待检测状态三角形面积作为损伤辨识值对塔身钢结构进行损伤辨识。该方法的优点在于利用较少的参数进行图形化,以图形面积反映监测数据中所蕴含的信息并优化传感器的数量,只需在塔身顶端布置极少的传感器即可实现塔身状态的快速辨识。同时,通过塔式起重机塔身刚度物理实验台验证了该方法的有效性。 In order to quickly identify the state of tower crane,the author proposed a damage identification method of tower crane steel structure based on graphical time series parameters.According to this method,the simulation model of QTZ40 tower crane can be used to obtain the top displacement data of the tower body in good condition and in different damage position combinations under no load.The time series analysis is carried out by using the data of the tower in good condition,and an autoregressive model of good condition is established.An autoregressive model of the state to be detected is established based on the data of the state to be detected of the tower;The first three parameters of the autoregressive model in the X-axis direction and Y-axis direction of the tower body are selected as the extracted eigenvalues to construct a characteristic triangle.Establishing a safety interval by taking the area of the intact triangle as a reference value;Damage identification of tower steel structure is carried out by taking the triangle area of the state to be detected as the damage identification value.This method has the following advantages:using fewer parameters for graphics,reflecting the information contained in the monitoring data through the graphic area and optimizing the number of sensors,and quickly identifying the tower state only by arranging few sensors at the top of the tower.Meanwhile,the validity of this method was verified by the physical experiment platform of tower stiffness of tower crane.
