运梁机多楔块柔性制动装置的设计研究

摘要 轨道制动装置是悬挂运梁设备中的关键部件之一,在架桥施工时发现,现有的制动装置在轨道节段连接处制动时效果较差,通过时易被卡住。鉴于此,文中设计了一种使用伺服电缸驱动的两段式多楔块柔性制动装置。按实际情况对楔块进行受力分析,计算出了楔块的扩力比和自锁性与楔角的关系,综合考虑后取楔角为11°,然后按130kN制动力计算出伺服电缸的推力至少要25.67kN。使用Ansys软件对单段制动装置进行瞬态结构仿真,通过5个步骤模拟该装置的工作过程,结果显示在伺服电缸的推力为30 kN时单段制动装置可以保证至少130 kN的制动力,且整体的应力和变形皆满足设计要求。使用Solidworks软件对2种制动装置进行了3种不同的工况下的运动仿真,结果显示在工况2和工况3中多楔块柔性制动装置在轨道节段连接处的通过性明显优于原制动装置。 The track braking device is one of the key components in the beam conveying equipment.During the bridge construction,the author found that the existing braking device has poor braking effect at the junction of track segments and is easy to get stuck when passing.Therefore,in this paper,a two-stage multi-wedge flexible braking device driven by servo electric cylinder is proposed.According to the actual situation,the author analyzed the force on the wedge,calculated the force expansion ratio of the wedge,and confirmed the relationship between self-locking and wedge angle.After consideration,the wedge angle was set to 11,and then based on the braking force of 130 kN,it was calculated that the thrust of the servo electric cylinder should at least reach 25.67 kN.The transient structure of single-stage braking device was simulated by Ansys software,and the working process of the device was simulated by five steps.The results show that the single-stage braking device can ensure the braking force of at least 130 kN when the thrust of the servo electric cylinder is 30 kN,and the overall stress and deformation meet relevant design requirements.Using Solidworks software,the motion simulation of two kinds of braking devices under three different working conditions was carried out.The results show that the multi-wedge flexible braking device is obviously better than the original braking device in working conditions 2 and 3.
