摘要
近年来研究显示,石墨烯及其衍生物具有良好的理化性质和生物相容性,可促进细胞增殖和干细胞分化。牙髓再生涉及种子细胞增殖和分化,提示石墨烯及其衍生物有望应用于牙髓再生。然而,石墨烯及其衍生物的理化性质是否适合髓腔环境及其对牙髓再生种子细胞的具体作用等均未见报道。本文对石墨烯及其衍生物的理化性质、细胞学作用和在组织工程中的应用情况进行综述,为将其应用于牙髓再生研究提供参考。
Recent studies show that graphene and its derivatives have good physical and chemical properties and biocompatibility,and can promote cell proliferation and stem cell differentiation.The process of pulp regeneration involves the proliferation and differentiation of seed cells,suggesting that graphene and its derivatives have the potential applications perspective in pulp regeneration.However,it has not been reported whether the physical and chemical properties of graphene and its derivatives are suitable for pulp cavity or root canal environment and its effect on pulp regeneration seed cells.This article reviews the physical and chemical properties,cytological effects and the application of graphene and its derivatives in tissue engineering,and provides a basis for its application in dental pulp regeneration.
